Analysts who sit with depots, not apart from them

Cortexlatticebase Co., Ltd. is the registered business behind our fleet efficiency work. Established in 2016 in Bangkok, we grew from corridor reviews for regional haulage firms into a steady practice of assessments, scorecards, and dispatcher briefings.

Official name and history

The official registered business name is Cortexlatticebase Co., Ltd. The company was established in 2016. Early clients were dry-goods and produce carriers running Bangkok–Eastern Seaboard and Bangkok–North routes who needed fuel and empty-run figures they could trust at board meetings.

Through the late 2010s we refined a method that reconciles fuel cards with trip sheets before any chart is drawn. That habit remains the center of our practice: clean records first, then findings that dispatchers can act on.

How we work

We visit depots when the question needs yard context. We work remotely when the records are complete and the corridor is familiar. Findings are written in plain language for owners, operations directors, and the people who schedule trucks each morning.

Values that shape engagements

  • Respect for dispatcher time and the pressure of customer windows
  • Honesty about data quality before claims about efficiency
  • Actions sized for a two-week trial, not a year-long overhaul
  • Clear boundaries when a question belongs with maintenance or sales, not analytics
