Extended story
Northern corridor empty-run reduction
Pichai’s fleet ran produce and dry goods between Bangkok and Chiang Mai with frequent light returns. The assessment sampled six weeks of GPS and fuel cards, then mapped empty kilometers by weekday. Sales and dispatch held a joint briefing using that map. Within two months, standing backhaul agreements covered Thursday and Friday returns on the busiest corridor. Empty-run share on that route fell enough that the depot kept the same briefing format for other regions.

“We needed someone who understood Thai corridor realities — weigh stations, monsoon delays, and customer docks that open late. Cortexlatticebase treated those as constraints in the findings, not excuses.”
