Refunds and cancellations
These terms apply to paid fleet efficiency engagements offered by Cortexlatticebase Co., Ltd.
Eligibility
Refunds depend on engagement type and how much work has started. Informational website browsing never incurs a fee.
Timeframe to request
Refund or cancellation requests should be emailed to info@cortexlatticebase.click within 7 days of the event that triggers the request (for example a cancelled session date), or sooner when stated in your statement of work.
Full and partial refunds
If we cancel an engagement before work begins, you receive a full refund of fees paid for that engagement. If you cancel more than 10 business days before a scheduled depot visit or briefing, we refund fees minus any non-recoverable travel already booked with your approval.
If you cancel within 10 business days of a scheduled on-site day, or after data intake has begun, a partial refund may apply reflecting work already performed. Completed findings workshops and delivered reports are not fully refundable.
Non-refundable items
Completed written reports, delivered monthly scorecards for cycles already produced, and third-party travel costs approved by you are non-refundable.
Deposits
Assessments may require a deposit to reserve start dates. Deposits are applied to the final fee. Unused deposit balances follow the cancellation rules above.
Rescheduling and no-shows
Briefing sessions may be rescheduled once without charge if you give at least 5 business days’ notice. Later changes or no-shows may forfeit the session fee or require a rebooking charge.
Work already started
Once we have begun cleaning or analysing your records, fees for hours already worked are due. Remaining prepaid amounts may be refunded or credited toward a redefined scope by agreement.
Purchased materials
Printed briefing packs prepared for a confirmed session are charged if cancellation occurs after printing has been approved.
Refund process and timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated.
