How estimates are built
We ask for an approximate vehicle count, the corridors that matter most, and whether fuel cards and trip sheets are already aligned. Incomplete records add reconciliation time; that cost is stated before work begins.
Deposits may apply for multi-week assessments. Monthly reporting is billed in advance for each cycle. Briefings are payable before the session date.
